Viola Möller (M.Sc. Organizational Psychology) co-heads the Sustainability Services Team at BDO Germany in her role as a Partner. She brings comprehensive expertise in auditing and supporting (integrated) non-financial reporting from her current profile but also from previous roles at Deloitte and BASF. She advises clients on the implementation of sustainable corporate management systems and the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement concepts and crisis prevention strategies. She also has experience in integrating sustainability into pre- and post-merger processes and in sustainable supply chain management. Her industry knowledge covers manufacturing, chemicals, consumer goods (especially textiles) and sports associations. In addition, she has expertise in change management and the implementation of reporting systems and controls, as well as in issue management.
